Return/Exchange Policy

Our goal is to ensure you love your HTS items and are fully satisfied with your purchase. If you have had a change of heart for whatever reason, you can return the item within 14 days from the purchase date for in-store purchases and 14 days after the delivery date for shipped orders. You can opt for an exchange or store credit as long as the original tags remain attached.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, and free of perfumes and deodorant marks. Items not meeting these criteria will not be accepted.

Please be aware that intimate apparel and jewelry items are final sale due to hygiene reasons and cannot be returned or exchanged. We appreciate your understanding on this matter.

The buyer will be responsible for covering the cost of shipping items back for an exchange or store credit.

In the event of receiving a defective item, please notify us via email within 3 days of the problem. We will not be held responsible for any damages resulting from improper care.
