Return Policy
Our goal is to ensure you love your HTS items and are fully satisfied with your purchase.
If you have had a change of heart or the item doesn’t work for you, you have the option to return the item for an exchange, store credit, or refund within 30 days from the purchase date in-store, and 30 days after the delivery date for shipped orders. All items on sale and in clearance are final sale.
To be eligible for a return, items must have original tags attached, be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, and free of perfumes, pet hair and deodorant marks. Items not meeting these criteria will not be accepted.
Swimwear Policy:
• Swimwear is final sale once taken home from the store.
• If purchased online, you are welcome to try it on in-store and make any exchange or return before leaving with your purchase.
• Swimwear that is shipped directly to you is considered final sale.
Hemming Policy:
• Any pants sent for hemming are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Please note that intimate apparel and jewelry items are also final sale due to hygiene reasons and cannot be returned or exchanged. We appreciate your understanding.
We offer a flat rate of $12 for a return label, which will be deducted from the refund or store credit issued. Any extra charges from credit cards, Afterpay, and Sezzle are non-refundable.
If you receive a defective item, notify us via email within 3 days. We are not responsible for damages from improper care.
