Return/Exchange Policy
Our goal is to ensure you love your HTS items and are fully satisfied with your purchase.
If you have had a change of heart or the item doesn't work for you, you have the option to return the item for an exchange, store credit, or refund within 30 days from the purchase date in-store, and 30 days after the delivery date for shipped orders. All items that are on sale, and in clearance are final sale.
To be eligible for a return, items must have original tags attached, be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, and free of perfumes and deodorant marks. Items not meeting these criteria will not be accepted.
Please be aware that intimate apparel and jewelry items are final sale due to hygiene reasons and cannot be returned or exchanged. We appreciate your understanding on this matter.
We offer a flat rate of $12 for a return label and this amount will be deducted off the refund or store credit amount issued. Any extra charges pending from credit cards, After Pay and Sezzle are not refundable.
In the event of receiving a defective item, please notify us via email within 3 days of the problem. We will not be held responsible for any damages resulting from improper care.
