We offer free shipping on all Canadian and US orders over $150.

Shipping rates start at $18, depending on how many items are to be shipped.

If a return or exchange is needed, we can provide a Canadian return shipping label at a flat rate of $12 plus applicable taxes, per shipment. This amount will be deducted off your store credit or refund amount issued.

At this time, we are unable to provide a US return label, and the cost will be paid for by the customer.

Processing Time & Tracking
We understand how eager you are to receive your order, which is why we guarantee that your items will be shipped within 48 hours of placing your order. As soon as your package is on its way, you will receive an email from us containing all the necessary tracking information. This allows you to follow your order’s journey and get an estimated arrival time.

Delivery Times
While we may not have the vast logistics network like some of the retail giants such as Amazon, we promise that your order will reach you in a timely manner. Depending on your location, delivery times can vary between 2-8 days. We are a small business committed to big service, and we guarantee that your wait will be worthwhile.

If you have had a change of heart or the item doesn't work for you, you have the option to return the item for an exchange, store credit, or refund within 30 days from the purchase date in-store, and 30 days after the delivery date for shipped orders. 

All items that are on sale, and in clearance are final sale.

To be eligible for a return, items must have original tags attached, be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, and free of perfumes and deodorant marks. Items not meeting these criteria will not be accepted.

Please be aware that intimate apparel and jewelry items are final sale due to hygiene reasons and cannot be returned or exchanged. We appreciate your understanding on this matter.

We offer a flat rate of $12 for a return label and this amount will be deducted off the refund or store credit amount issued. Any extra charges pending from credit cards, After Pay and Sezzle are not refundable.

In the event of receiving a defective item, please notify us via email within 3 days of the problem. We will not be held responsible for any damages resulting from improper care.
